Allity were not after a typical Healthcare look. They wanted a uniform range that was visually appealing, that portrayed a spa/resort feel and look. This look needed to transition across their numerous divisions but also needed to be fit for purpose.
Allity aged care has multiple locations across Australia, over 3,000 employees and over 35 sites. The TIG fit out team clocked up thousands of km on the TIG van and flown across the states to visit each site and give each employee the opportunity to try on and choose their perfect size and style.
The Uniform Range
Total Image Group custom designed a uniform range that included a variety of different fits, styles, features such as action back, side splits and easy care properties. Incorporated in these designs was Allity’s colours and branding, including their signature orange flower which was used as a print. This truly added a unique look and resort feel to the uniforms.
Fabric played a big role in the design of the uniform as the Healthcare industry involves long hours and physical activity. Total Image manufactured a 100% Breathable Polyester, made from a unique yarn that quickly moves moisture away from the skin to the fabric surface, keeping employees cool, dry and comfortable. It is a lightweight breathable fabric that lets you move with ease and is easy to care for.
