Providing a quality product is just the beginning, we understand the importance of having a reliable support structure. To back up our account managers is a customer service team dedicated to providing technical advice on products, sizing, ordering, delivery and any other information required by employees or management.
Employees are encouraged to contact Total Image Group’s customer care team directly.

 

Our dedicated customer care team members will be trained thoroughly in the product range and services available to sites & employees this is so the following is achieved:

  • Quicker turnaround of customer enquiries
  • Returns enquiries
  • Information on products and fabric
  • Sizing and measurement requirements
  • Check past transactions
  • Ordering of new products and payment and order tracking
  • Online ordering enquiries
  • Complaints and feedback are handled effectively and an agreed upon solution is obtained in a timely manner.

Total Image customer service team is available for phone or email from Mon- Fri from 8:30am-5:30pm. All emails and enquiries will be responded to within 1 working day and all issues and concerns resolved within 3 working days.
