TIG Staff’s ‘Top’ Picks

We all have that one favourite top in our work wardrobe that’s our staple.

Some of us have that same favourite work top in a number of variations. Even the cold weather doesn’t stop us from excessively wearing it – we just keep a jacket handy.

There are certain features about this top or shirt that make it our ideal go-to. It could be the way it sits, the colour, the fabric (minimal to no ironing is perfect for rushed mornings), or just the way it makes us feel.

We asked the TIG team to pick their favourite corporate tops from the TIG range and to explain why they’re so great.

Jo: So Ezy

Jo (TIG Sales Admin) noted that her favourite work top is the So Ezy (2263). When asked why, she was quick to respond, “if I was in a retail shop, I would pick it for casual use.”

A feature that makes the So Ezy a staff favourite is its shaped hem, which appears more flattering on the body. Let’s not forget the natural stretch in the fabric, which provides comfort for all-day use – perfect for the working woman.

Judy: Textured Plain Bib Front Shirt

The Textured Plain Bib Front Shirt (1708WL) is the staff pick for TIG’s Account Manager Judy, who says its slim fit and breathable cotton rich fabric make it “fashionable, yet corporate.”

This work shirt is ideal for any corporate environment for a number of reasons, not least its hidden modesty button – just the thing for women with larger busts around the office.

Margarita: Shimmer Tie Neck Top

If you’re anything like Margarita (TIG’s BDM), you’ll love the Shimmer Tie Neck Top (S314LS) which, she explains, “has the required shininess to meet anyone’s love of sparkle and colour.”

Not only is this uniform top feminine and flattering, it’s also ideal for the unpredictable Australian weather. Being sleeveless, it can be topped off with a jacket on gloomy mornings heading to work or worn solo on your sunny lunch breaks.

Ann: Eva Knit

If elegance is key in your work wardrobe, you’ll love Account Manager Ann’s top pick. The Eva Knit (2226) features a soft cowl neckline and draping, and Ann values this stylish work top the most on her rushed mornings as it “doesn’t require ironing.” The Eva Knit is available in both short and ¾ sleeve, so you can enjoy it all year round.

Pam: Gingham Check Shirt

A versatile corporate shirt option favoured by Group Sales Director Pam is the Gingham Check (1637). Available in a range of colours and three different sleeve lengths, the Gingham Check is ideal for adding the perfect amount of style to your work wardrobe. Even better, it comes in a matching men’s style, creating the perfect uniform shirt.

The TIG ladies are no different to any other women in the corporate environment – they love versatility, style, comfort and easy care in their work tops.

Although their favourite tops may look very different, they have a few features in common. Which is your favourite?
