How to custom design work polo shirts in 5 easy steps

  1. Choose your fabric, style, colour, layout and special features

Before you think about how your employees will look in their new work polo tops, it’s most important to make sure they’ll feel comfortable.

’You have a choice of six different materials for your polo's, depending on your preferences and the demands of your workplace. These are:  

  • Pique knit poly cotton
  • Smooth finish poly jersey
  • Light feel poly check
  • Breathe easy poly mesh
  • Microfibre rip stop
  • Soft touch cotton back.


Polo features

Now that you’ve got comfort covered, it’s time to think about versatility. You need to make sure your uniform polo shirts ’are just as well suited for the corporate environment as they are for playing golf, tennis and bowling or attending social events.

You can kit out your custom polo with a wide range of features to fit every purpose, including:

  1. Place your order over the phone or via email

However many work polo shirts you need, you can place an order with a minimum of just 50 units of each unique style. You can even combine a range of sizes of men’s and ladies’ tops to make sure all your staff is taken care of.  


  1. Approve the graphic for your custom polo

One to two days after you place your order, we’ll show you the graphic of what your custom polo will look like. You can approve this design or make any last-minute changes.


  1. Approve a physical sample

Two days after your design is approved, we’ll send you a physical example via email. This gives you the chance to see what your uniform polo shirts will really look like, and to let us know you’re happy with it.


  1. Receive your new uniform tops

Two weeks (working days) after you approve the digital sample, we’ll deliver your custom work polo shirts right to your door, and you can tell your employees the good news.
