Delivery Update:

The new preferred dress launch has been a sizeable rollout to over 110,000 employees in over 900 stores across Australia and we understand how patient you have been and would like to thank you for your support.   Please note the following delivery dates:

·For all new orders (including those placed in June) please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please be sure to check the website for updates on backorders before placing your order.

·If you have placed an order prior to the end of May 2014 and haven’t received it, please check the backorder list (homepage of the website). If your item is in stock you can expect delivery by the end of July 2014.

·If you have sent back a return please check the backorder list (homepage of the website) and allow up to 6-8 weeks for your return.

2. I didn’t receive my complimentary shirt? This offer is now closed.  

3. How do i exchange my garments? If you have ordered the wrong size or style and need to exchange your garments, please complete the return form provided in your delivery. You do not require a return authorisation (RA) you can just send your garments back with the fees and form.  If you believe your garment is faulty please contact us before sending the garment back.
