| The healthcare industry entails a diverse range of employees with the main commonality- their willingness to care. Total Image recognised the need for in depth research to ensure that the needs and wants of the industry were identified and met. The industry itself was heavily researched and it was identified that the healthcare industry consisted predominately of women across a wide span of age groups who worked shift work and did not have the time to spend on uniform (launder & purchase). It was also evident that the job roles consisted of a great deal of movement (lifting, bending, and stretching). A program was then put in place to cater to this unique market with a products and services that matched their lifestyle and working pattern. |
