Fabric Testing
Total Image tests all offshore fabric through ITS to insure that all standards are met. Tests include: 

• Colour and light fastness,
• Tear strength, ·        
• Seam slippage and ·       
•  Pilling  

Garment manufacturing
All garments are manufactured to a chosen specification which is approved by each customer. Total Image provides its customers with a pre-production sample for approval prior to bulk production. Quality control managers inspect garments throughout the manufacturing, sewing and packaging process to ensure that specifications are met.
