The benefit of us providing this multi-location service is that we are able to manage your promotional needs across the nation, ensuring your organisation maintains a streamline identity nationally.  So whether your business is in rural Australia, the cultural Melbourne, picturesque Perth, sunny Brisbane or busy Sydney, Total Image Group can supply, manage and service your company’s promotional needs.

Delivery & Time Management

We recognise the importance of receiving the right product at the right time, which is why we have implemented delivery facilities that aim to ensure the right product is delivered to the correct location on time. Depending on the situation, we have the capacity to turnaround your selected promotional products in a record three days! 10% of the initial promotional stock ordered will be carried in stock for re-orders. Any orders falling within these stock ratios will be despatched and delivered in less than 3 days. Any orders outside this stock will be delivered in 14 working days. However, please keep in mind that your initial order can take up to three weeks for production and up to five working days for pick, pack and delivery.    

National Tracking Service

The core focus of our business model is to critically manage our delivery service that can cater to businesses of differing sizes and structures. Our processes, structures, systems and expertise all contribute to a competitive tracking service- all orders are monitored from the moment they are processed; to when they are received and once an order is dispatched the client will be notified of its status.
