Per Order Basis

Order updates will be given on each order on any activities occurring (deliveries, current orders, backorders); this will ensure that expectations are met without any disappointments.

Monthly (head office)

A monthly report will be generated with current inventory holdings, KPI summary, invoiced goods and backorder goods.

Quarterly (head office)

The assigned account manager will provide information on sales by branch, current inventory, forecasted stock levels, customer enquiry registry, KPI summary and any feedback on a quarterly basis.
