Fit out’s & Samples

Samples

Total Image is able to arrange samples for your viewing, we allow up to four samples per customer. In most cases we are able to match your sample request. However at times when your request cannot be matched you may not receive the specified size or colour. For some of our stock we are able to provide swatches for colour and measuring charts to help assist you in sizing.

The samples will be sent to you with an invoice, we appreciate your co-operation in ensuring the samples are returned to us in the same condition and within 14days. Once the samples are returned and if all items are checked and are intact then the invoice will be cancelled. If there are damaged or missing items you will be invoiced for those items.

Fit Out Kits

For clients with 25+ employees, we are happy to arrange a Fit out kit with key items in your uniform range. The Fit out kit will be sent to you with an invoice, we appreciate your co-operation in ensuring the complete Fit out Kit is returned to us in the same condition it was sent. Once the kit is returned and if all items are checked and are intact then the invoice will be cancelled. If there are damaged or missing items you will be invoiced for those items.

*Samples and Fit out Kits will incur a delivery fee. This is non refundable.

Onsite Fit Out

Total Image will coordinate a fit out day at the client’s office / site, to ensure employees are able to try on and see the uniform / workwear range. A Total Image employee will be present at the onsite fit out to take orders, answer any questions and measure employees.

Offsite Fit Out

Local appointments can be made by employees to come to the Total Image head office (Sydney), and they can try on their uniform range with a Total Image employee present to assist with sizing.

Multi location Fit Out

For clients who have multiple locations, Total Image will arrange a travelling fit out kit packed with a set schedule that will outline the no. of days at each location and the route the kit will be taking. Courier and courier con notes will all be arranged by Total Image.
