Delivery
Total Image recognises the importance of ensuring orders are delivered on time. The production schedule below should be used as a guide.
Stock Items
1. Unbranded orders: Please allow 7 working days.
2. First Time Orders for branded Items:
- Artwork Setup: 3-5 days (based on sample and approval)
- Production of Order: 10-14 working days
- Total time for first time order: 13-19 Working days.
3. Reorders for branded items: 10-14 working days
*Please be aware that clients from rural and regional areas of Australia may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Urgent Orders
Please make Total Image aware of any urgent orders. We are happy to try to ensure your deadline is met. Total Image will notify you if the date selected is not possible to achieve so other options can be considered.
Custom Designed Orders
Due to the nature of custom designed orders being unique to each client, a delivery schedule will be put together specifically for each the clients requirements.
*Generally custom designed orders can take 6-8weeks in production time. (This does not include fabric and design selection stages).
